The powerful STIHL 2-MIX engine ensures good cutting performance with low fuel consumption. The STIHL anti-vibration system reduces vibrations from the engine and from the tool itself. protecting your muscles and joints, while the chainsaw can optionally be retrofitted with STIHL ElastoStart so that you can always get started quickly. This feature eases the start-up sequence by dampening load peaks and enabling an even starting process. The single-lever control allows you to access all essential functions such as starting and stopping the power tool directly with one hand.

The pre-separation routing system integrated as standard prevents coarse dirt particles from reaching the filter, which means that it needs to be cleaned less frequently. The STIHL Ematic system ensures that chain oil reaches precisely those places where it is needed. In addition, STIHL Quick Chain Tensioning can also be retrofitted as an option. STIHL ANTI-VIBRATION SYSTEM

COMPENSATOR

REDUCED MAINTENANCE. The compensator is a control system in the carburettor, which uses pressure compensation to ensure that engine performance, exhaust gas quality and fuel consumption remain virtually constant over a long period of time, despite increasing contamination of the air filter. You do not need to clean the air filter until there is a noticeable drop in performance. This means that you can work for a long time without maintenance.

SIDE-MOUNTED CHAIN TENSIONING

FOR SIMPLE AND SECURE RE-TENSIONING. Side-mounted chain tensioning allows for protected, easy and quick chain tensioning and replacement. The tensioning screw is inserted laterally through the sprocket cover.
